Greece:
Shipments within Greece are NOT charged with shipping if the order exceeds €50.00. For orders that exceed the above amounts, shipping costs are FREE.
For orders that do NOT exceed €50.00, the fee is €5.00 (with VAT) for Greece.
The courier company we work with is ACS COURIER.
Delivery dates
Greece:
All orders are shipped by our company on the samw day of our store, from the day you placed your order. Orders are sent with the courier company ACS COURIER and are delivered in 1-3 working days within Greece.
Product returns
Order refund is not supported
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can change the product within 7 days from the day of receipt by the Courier company.
Conditions for the change:
1. No more than 7 days have passed since the day of receipt of the product.
2. The tags must not have been removed from the product, it has not been worn / soiled / torn, smelled of cologne or body cream / washed.
In any of the following cases, you should first contact us either by email at info@summermarket.gr or by phone at +30 6972 003 076 daily until 21:00.
Change to number/other product:
If the number or code you need is available, we send the product as you received it via the partner company ACS courier for Greece and the return shipping cost is 5€.
As soon as we receive the returned product and if it is in its original condition, in its original packaging, with all tags, including the proof of purchase, we will ship the new product you want.
The charge for sending the new receipt will be 5.00 euros for Greece.
Wrong or defective product
Although we always check all orders thoroughly before shipping and check the quality of all products, in case you receive a wrong or defective product, please contact us via email or by phone at +30 6972 003 076 immediately after receiving it. Once we receive the wrong or defective product, we will send back the correct or a non-defective product. Shipping costs for return and reshipment will be borne by us. All product returns of incorrect or defective products must be made no later than 7 days after purchase.
